Water Street Tampa Economic Impact Analysis

Member of a PFM team, including Stan Geberer, that provided significant economic impact analysis and fiscal impact analysis to facilitate negotiation between SPP and the City of Tampa related to infrastructure enhancements. Utilized IMPLAN to create three separate impact models covering more than ten years of development activity, on-going operations, and real estate transactions.
