Served as lead analyst and project manager for an eleven city technical assistance program. Nationwide participants selected goals related to fiscal sustainability and equitable outcomes, and PFM team, including Matt Stitt, developed an approach and project scope to achieve the goal. Our team also created two thought leadership pieces based on learnings from the program.
